Promoting NHS Direct

The Challenge. Promoting the launch of NHS Direct to 18-30s.

The Solution. The creation of virtual health professionals Mobi Medic, Pain Pal, Disc Doctor and Agony Aunt to appeal to target demographic and emphasise the immediacy of the service – a doctor in the palm of your hand. London wide advertising drove traffic to a micro-site promoting the benefits of the service where players engaged with the brand by inviting friends to a virtual operating theatre to receive nips and tucks.

The Result. Over 17% of the target audience contacted NHS Direct for personal health advice.
